Public service innovation process of smart kampung program at Banyuwangi

This study aims to describe and analyse the process of public service innovation through Smart Kampung Banyuwangi program. The emergence various qualified innovations is main indicator responsiveness in community services. research has a qualitative method study, based on analysis "Smart Banyuwangi" conducted within local government Banyuwangi, East Java, Indonesia. findings show that was done systematically comprehensively so Program properly. concludes program positive significant impact solving problems rural areas, as well producing optimal performance providing services communities because people can get are faster, closer, more precise, easier, cheaper other advantages.
